3. Setup Instructions
3.1. Installing the Smart Plug Receiver

- Plug the HAPYTHDA Smart Plug Receiver into the outlet. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Plug your garbage disposal's power cord into the Smart Plug Receiver.

3.2. Mounting the Wireless Remote Control Switch
- Choose a convenient location for the remote switch, such as near the sink, on a cabinet, or on a refrigerator.
- Attach the magnetic base to the desired surface using the provided adhesive tape.
- Place the wireless remote control switch onto the magnetic base.

3.3. Initial Pairing (First Use)
- Press and hold the set button on the Smart Plug Receiver for 2 seconds.
- The indicator light on the plug will flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.

- When the LED indicator on the side of the plug turns solid, the pairing is successful.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Basic Operation
To operate your garbage disposal, simply press the 'ON' button on the wireless remote control switch to turn it on, and press the 'OFF' button to turn it off. The strong RF signal allows control from various locations within your home.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Battery Replacement for Wireless Remote Control Switch
The wireless remote control switch is designed for long-term use with a battery life of up to 10 years. When battery replacement is needed:
- Gently pry at the gap in the back of the switch with a small flat-blade screwdriver.
- Remove the battery cover and the old CR2032 battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) polarity are correct.
- Replace the battery cover and press firmly to close.

5.2. General Care
- Keep the device clean and dry.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.

6.1. No Power Troubleshooting
- Check Plug Insertion: Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the socket. If inserted on one side only, or if the spacing between plug and socket is greater than 5mm, it may not work.
- Check Plug Pin Width: If the plug pin width is less than 4.75mm, insertion may be too loose.
- Reset the Plug: If the above operations fail, the indicator will flash 10 times. Please re-insert the plug correctly or check the plug.
