1. Setup

1.1 Unboxing and Assembly

The Neakasa Powersrub 2 comes securely packaged. Carefully remove all components from the box.

Various components, including the main body, handle, and charging base, are individually wrapped and organized within the packaging.

Insert the handle into the main body of the cleaner until you hear a click, ensuring it is securely fixed.

The handle slides into the top of the main vacuum unit, clicking into place for secure attachment.

1.2 Charging the Battery

The device is powered by a 3000 mAh Li-ion detachable battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

The vacuum stands upright on its compact charging station, ready to be plugged into a standard 110V outlet.

Place the cleaner on the charging station. The LED display will indicate the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.

The clear HD display shows the current battery percentage, allowing you to monitor charge status.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Basic Operation

No Power/Short Runtime:

Reduced Suction:

• Check if the dirty water tank is full and needs emptying.
• Inspect the brush roll for any clogs or tangled hair that might impede suction.
• Clean the HEPA filter. A clogged filter can significantly reduce suction power.

Unpleasant Odor:

• Thoroughly clean the dirty water tank and brush roll after each use. Residual dirty water and debris can cause odors.
• Utilize the self-cleaning function regularly to clean the internal tubes and brush.

Device Not Turning On:

• Verify the battery is properly inserted and charged.
• If the device suddenly stops working, contact customer support.
