1. Setup

1.1 Unboxing and Assembly

The Neakasa Powersrub 2 comes securely packaged. Carefully remove all components from the box.

Insert the handle into the main body of the cleaner until you hear a click, ensuring it is securely fixed.

1.2 Charging the Battery

The device is powered by a 3000 mAh Li-ion detachable battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

Place the cleaner on the charging station. The LED display will indicate the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Basic Operation

To begin cleaning, press the power button on the handle. The LED display will show the current mode and battery level.

The Powersrub 2 features a 3-in-1 function, allowing you to vacuum, wash, and mop simultaneously. It is suitable for sealed hard floors like hardwood, vinyl, laminate, linoleum, tile, and marble, as well as carpets.

For wet cleaning, ensure the 780ml clean water tank is filled with clean water or a suitable cleaning solution. The twin-tank technology keeps clean and dirty water separate.

2.2 Low Noise Operation

3. Maintenance

3.1 Self-Cleaning System

3.2 Emptying and Cleaning Tanks

The 700ml dirty water tank should be emptied after each use. Remove the tank, dispose of the dirty water and debris, and rinse thoroughly.

4.1 Common Issues and Solutions

No Power/Short Runtime:

  • Ensure the battery is fully charged. A full charge takes 3 hours and provides approximately 30 minutes of continuous use. If the issue persists, the battery may need replacement.

Reduced Suction:

  • Check if the dirty water tank is full and needs emptying.
  • Inspect the brush roll for any clogs or tangled hair that might impede suction.
  • Clean the HEPA filter. A clogged filter can significantly reduce suction power.

Unpleasant Odor:

  • Thoroughly clean the dirty water tank and brush roll after each use. Residual dirty water and debris can cause odors.
  • Utilize the self-cleaning function regularly to clean the internal tubes and brush.

Device Not Turning On:

  • Verify the battery is properly inserted and charged.
  • If the device suddenly stops working, contact customer support.
