1. Introduction and Product Overview
Thank you for choosing the ULTIMATE SPEED® Hydraulic Bottle Jack. This robust and reliable jack is designed for safely lifting vehicles and other heavy objects up to a maximum capacity of 3000 kg (3 tons). Its compact design and easy operation make it an essential tool for automotive maintenance and repair.
Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the jack to ensure safe and efficient use. Keep this manual for future reference.
2. Safety Instructions
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.
- Always operate the jack on a hard, level, and stable surface. Avoid uneven ground or soft surfaces.
- Never exceed the rated lifting capacity of 3000 kg.
- Always use appropriate jack stands to support the vehicle immediately after lifting. Never work under a vehicle supported only by the hydraulic jack.
- Ensure the vehicle's parking brake is engaged and the wheels are chocked before lifting.
- Position the jack only at the vehicle manufacturer's recommended lifting points. Consult your vehicle's owner's manual.
- Keep hands, feet, and other body parts clear of moving parts and the area under the load.
- Do not modify the jack or use it for purposes other than its intended use.
- If the jack shows signs of damage or malfunction, do not use it. Contact qualified service personnel.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves.
3. Package Contents
Carefully unpack all items and check for any damage. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not use the product and contact customer support.

- Gentle Lowering: Equipped with a precise release valve for controlled descent.
- Secure Grip: Features a profiled saddle for stable contact with the load.
- Space-Saving Design: Comes with a two-piece lifting handle for compact storage.
- Overload Protection: Integrated safety valve prevents lifting beyond rated capacity.
- Compact Dimensions: Minimum height approx. 185 mm, maximum height approx. 360 mm.
- Lightweight: Weighs approximately 2.9 kg (with lifting rod).
5. Setup
- Unpack: Remove the hydraulic bottle jack and its components from the packaging.
- Assemble Handle: Insert the smaller section of the lifting handle into the larger section. The handle is used for both pumping and operating the release valve.
- Initial Inspection: Before first use, inspect the jack for any visible damage, leaks, or loose parts. Do not use if damaged.
- Bleed Air (Recommended): To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to bleed any trapped air from the hydraulic system.
- Turn the release valve counter-clockwise to fully open it.
- Pump the handle several times to extend and retract the ram fully.
- Close the release valve by turning it clockwise. The jack is now ready for use.
6. Operation
6.1. Lifting the Vehicle
- Prepare Vehicle: Park the vehicle on a firm, level surface. Engage the parking brake and place wheel chocks on the wheels that will remain on the ground.
- Position Jack: Locate the vehicle manufacturer's recommended lifting point. Place the hydraulic jack directly under this point, ensuring the saddle is centered and making full contact with the lifting surface.
- Close Release Valve: Insert the slotted end of the lifting handle onto the release valve and turn it clockwise until it is firmly closed. Do not overtighten.
- Lift Load: Insert the handle into the pump sleeve. Pump the handle up and down steadily to raise the jack ram and lift the vehicle to the desired height.
- Secure Load: Immediately after lifting, place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points. Slowly lower the vehicle onto the jack stands (see 6.2 Lowering the Vehicle) and remove the hydraulic jack. Never work under a vehicle supported only by the jack.
6.2. Lowering the Vehicle
- Prepare for Lowering: If the vehicle is on jack stands, slightly raise the vehicle with the hydraulic jack to relieve pressure from the jack stands. Remove the jack stands.
- Open Release Valve: Slowly and carefully turn the release valve counter-clockwise using the slotted end of the lifting handle. The vehicle will begin to descend. Control the descent speed by adjusting how much you open the valve.
- Fully Lower: Continue to open the valve until the vehicle is fully lowered to the ground.
- Remove Jack: Once the vehicle is fully lowered and stable, remove the hydraulic jack.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your hydraulic jack.
- Cleaning: Keep the jack clean and free of dirt, grease, and debris. Wipe down the ram and pump mechanism after each use.
- Lubrication: Periodically lubricate pivot points and moving parts with light machine oil.
- Hydraulic Fluid: Check the hydraulic fluid level periodically. If low, add high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Do not use brake fluid or motor oil. (Note: Access to fluid reservoir may vary by model and may require professional service).
- Storage: Store the jack in a dry, clean place with the ram fully retracted to prevent corrosion and extend seal life.
- Inspection: Before each use, inspect the jack for any signs of damage, wear, or leaks. Pay attention to the ram, seals, and base.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Jack will not lift load. | Release valve is open. Low hydraulic fluid. Air in hydraulic system. Overload. | Close release valve fully. Check and refill fluid. Bleed air from system (see Setup). Reduce load; do not exceed 3000 kg. |
| Jack lifts slowly or erratically. | Low hydraulic fluid. Air in hydraulic system. | Check and refill fluid. Bleed air from system (see Setup). |
| Jack lowers too quickly. | Release valve opened too far. Internal leak. | Control descent by slowly opening valve. Contact qualified service personnel. |
| Jack will not lower. | Release valve stuck or not fully open. | Ensure valve is fully open. Check for obstructions. |
