Cleaning
To maintain the appearance and functionality of your fight stick, regularly wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the finish or components.
Troubleshooting
- Device Not Recognized: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the fight stick and the console/PC. Verify that the platform mode switch is set to the correct position for your system. Try connecting to a different USB port.
- Buttons Unresponsive: Check for any physical obstructions around the buttons. If the issue persists, consider opening the back panel (refer to Maintenance section) to inspect internal connections, ensuring all wires are securely attached to the button terminals.
- Audio Issues: If using a headset, ensure it is fully plugged into the 3.5mm jack. Check your system's audio settings to confirm the fight stick is selected as the input/output device.
- Accidental Button Presses: Ensure Tournament Mode is activated if you wish to disable the control bar buttons during gameplay.
