5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the endoscope camera. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC 5V input port on the control unit and plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The Power LED will indicate charging status.

5.2 App Installation

This endoscope requires the "HD WiFi" application to operate. You can download it from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).

5.3 Connecting to Your Device

  1. Turn on the endoscope camera by sliding the Power ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The Power LED and WiFi LED will illuminate.
  2. On your smartphone or tablet, go to your Wi-Fi settings.
  3. Locate and connect to the Wi-Fi network named "HD WiFi_XXXX" (where XXXX is a unique identifier). No password is typically required.
  4. Open the "HD WiFi" application. The live video feed from the endoscope camera should appear on your screen.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Adjusting LED Brightness

Use the LED Brightness Control wheel on the side of the control unit to adjust the intensity of the lights on the camera head. Rotate the wheel to increase or decrease brightness as needed for optimal viewing in various lighting conditions.

6.2 Maneuvering the Camera

The semi-rigid cable allows you to bend and hold the camera's position. Carefully guide the camera probe into the inspection area. The 3.9mm ultra-thin lens is designed to access very narrow spaces.

Note: The optimal focal length for clear viewing is 3-10 cm (1.2-3.9 inches). Objects outside this range may appear blurry.

6.3 Capturing Images and Videos

Within the "HD WiFi" app, you will find options to capture still images and record videos. Refer to the app's interface for specific button locations and functionalities. Captured media will be saved to your device's gallery.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Camera Lens and Cable

After each use, especially in dirty or wet environments, gently wipe the camera lens and the semi-rigid cable with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a small amount of mild soap can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Ensure the lens is dry before storage.

7.2 Storage

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Image on App: Ensure the endoscope is powered on, the WiFi LED is active, and your device is connected to the correct "HD WiFi" network. Restart the app and the endoscope if necessary.
  • Blurry Image: Check the focal length (optimal 3-10 cm). Adjust the LED brightness. Clean the camera lens if it's dirty.
  • Wi-Fi Disconnection: Ensure your device is within range of the endoscope's Wi-Fi signal. Avoid interference from other Wi-Fi networks.
  • Device Not Charging: Verify the USB cable is securely connected and the power source is functional.
