3. Setup

Before first use, wash all removable parts (grinding head, auger, blade, plates, attachments, feeding tray, food pusher) with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Ensure the motor unit is unplugged during assembly.

Assembly Steps:

1. Insert the auger (spiral rod) into the grinding head.
2. Place the cutting blade onto the auger shaft, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards towards the grinding plate.
3. Select the desired grinding plate (2mm, 5mm, or 7mm) and place it over the cutting blade.
4. Screw the fixing ring onto the grinding head until it is securely tightened.
5. Attach the assembled grinding head to the motor unit by aligning the tabs and rotating until it locks into place.
6. Place the feeding tray on top of the grinding head.
7. Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat surface.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Meat Grinding:

1. Prepare meat by cutting it into small pieces that fit into the feeding tube. Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
2. Ensure the meat grinder is correctly assembled with the desired grinding plate (2mm for fine, 5mm for medium, 7mm for coarse).
3. Plug the appliance into a 220V (AC) power outlet.
4. Turn the appliance ON using the one-button operation.
5. Place a bowl or container under the outlet of the grinding head.
6. Feed the meat pieces into the feeding tube using the food pusher. Do not force the meat.
7. After grinding, turn the appliance OFF and unplug it.

4.2 Sausage Making:

1. Replace the grinding plate and cutting blade with the sausage attachment. Secure it with the fixing ring.
2. Prepare your sausage mixture.
3. Slide the sausage casing onto the sausage attachment.
4. Turn the appliance ON.
5. Feed the sausage mixture into the feeding tube using the food pusher, guiding the casing as it fills.

4.3 Kubbe Making:

1. Replace the grinding plate and cutting blade with the Kubbe attachment. Secure it with the fixing ring.
2. Prepare your Kubbe mixture.
3. Turn the appliance ON.
4. Feed the Kubbe mixture into the feeding tube using the food pusher. The attachment will form hollow tubes for filling.

4.4 Reverse Function:

If the appliance becomes jammed or meat gets stuck during operation, press the "REV" button to reverse the auger's direction. This helps to clear blockages easily. Once cleared, switch back to the ON position to resume normal operation.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your meat grinder.

1. Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Disassemble all removable parts (feeding tray, grinding head, auger, blade, grinding plates, attachments).
3. Wash all removable parts with warm, soapy water. Do not use a dishwasher or hot water.
4. Rinse all parts thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
5. Dry all parts immediately and completely to prevent rust and corrosion.
6. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
