Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your food processor before use. The appliance features safety locks and will not operate unless all parts are properly installed.

  1. Place the Motor Base: Position the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
  2. Attach the Processing Bowl: Align the processing bowl with the motor base. Ensure the alignment marks on the bowl and base are matched, then twist the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  3. Insert the Drive Shaft: Place the drive shaft into the center of the processing bowl.
  4. Install Blade or Disc: Carefully place the desired blade (chopping or dough) or slicing/shredding disc onto the drive shaft. Ensure it sits firmly.
  5. Secure the Lid: Place the lid onto the processing bowl. Align the marks on the lid and the bowl, then twist the lid clockwise until it locks securely.
  6. Insert Food Pusher: Place the food pusher into the feed chute opening on the lid.

Notice: The unit will not function unless the lid, bowl, and base are properly locked.

Operating Instructions

The FOHERE Food Processor features a user-friendly control panel with multiple speed settings and a pulse function for precise control.

  • 0 (Off): The appliance is off.
  • P (Pulse): Provides short bursts of power at maximum speed. Ideal for coarse chopping, quick blending, or when precise control is needed. Release the dial to return to '0'.
  • 1 (Low Speed): Suitable for lighter tasks like mixing, gentle blending, or kneading dough.
  • 2 (Medium Speed): Recommended for slicing, shredding, and general chopping.
  • 3 (High Speed): Best for pureeing, mincing, and heavier blending tasks.

Using Different Functions

Always ensure the food processor is assembled correctly and locked before adding ingredients and operating.

  1. Chopping and Mincing:
    • Install the S-shaped chopping blade.
    • Add ingredients to the processing bowl. For meat, cut into smaller, uniform pieces (as shown in the video). Do not overfill.
    • Secure the lid.
    • Turn the dial to 'P' for short bursts to achieve desired consistency, or to speed '3' for continuous mincing.
  2. Slicing and Shredding:

    • Turn the dial to speed '2'.
    • Place food into the feed chute and use the food pusher to guide it through. Do not force food.

  3. Kneading Dough:
    • Install the dough blade.
    • Add flour first, then water. A common ratio is flour:water = 5:2.
    • Secure the lid.
    • Turn the dial to speed '1' or '2' and process until the dough forms a ball.
  4. Pureeing:
    • Install the S-shaped chopping blade.
    • Add ingredients to the processing bowl.
    • Secure the lid.
    • Turn the dial to speed '3' and process until a smooth puree is achieved.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your food processor.
