Introduction

• Maximum Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 285 pounds (129 kg).

Setup and Assembly

Assembly is straightforward and typically takes 15-30 minutes. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. Attach Casters to Wheelbase: Insert each of the five casters firmly into the holes at the end of the aluminum wheelbase until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift into the central hole of the assembled wheelbase. Ensure it is seated securely.
3. Attach Multi-tilt Mechanism to Seat Base: Align the multi-tilt mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat base. Secure it using the provided screws and tools. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Armrests: Secure the 4D armrests to the sides of the seat base using the designated screws. Ensure they are firmly attached.
5. Connect Seat Base to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat base onto the gas lift, ensuring the central hole of the mechanism aligns with the top of the gas lift. Apply gentle pressure to secure.
6. Attach Backrest to Seat Base: Align the backrest with the mounting brackets on the seat base. Secure it using the remaining screws. Adjust the recline angle as desired before fully tightening.
7. Attach Magnetic Head Pillow: The magnetic head pillow can be easily positioned on the upper part of the backrest. Its magnetic properties allow for wide-range adjustment and secure placement.

Operating Instructions

The Secretlab Titan Evo chair offers multiple adjustment points for personalized comfort and ergonomic support.

• 1. Seat Height Adjustment

  Locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat. Pull the lever up to raise the seat. To lower, remain seated and pull the lever up. Release the lever at the desired height.

• 2. Backrest Recline (165° Max)

  Pull the recline lever located on the right side of the seat, near the backrest. Lean back to recline or forward to bring the backrest upright. Release the lever to lock the position.

• 3. Multi-tilt Mechanism

  The multi-tilt mechanism allows for rocking motion. To enable, pull out the lever on the left side of the seat. Push it in to lock the tilt. The tension knob beneath the seat (front-center) adjusts the resistance of the rocking motion. Turn clockwise to increase tension, counter-clockwise to decrease.

• 4. 4D Armrests with CloudSwap™

  The armrests can be adjusted in four directions: height, forward/backward, left/right, and pivot in/out. Use the buttons and levers on the armrests to make these adjustments. The CloudSwap™ system allows for easy replacement of armrest tops (additional tops sold separately).

• 5. 4-Way L-ADAPT™ Lumbar Support

  Adjust the lumbar support using the two knobs on the right side of the backrest. One knob controls the depth (in & out) of the lumbar support, while the other controls its height (up & down). This system adapts to your spine for personalized support.

• 6. Magnetic Memory Foam Head Pillow

  The head pillow attaches magnetically to the backrest, allowing for easy vertical adjustment to provide optimal neck support. Simply slide it up or down to your preferred position.

Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your Secretlab Titan Evo chair.

• Cleaning Leatherette: For daily cleaning, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Cleaning Fabric (if applicable): For fabric areas, use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. Spot clean with a mild fabric cleaner if necessary, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
• Caster Maintenance: Periodically check casters for hair or debris buildup and clean as needed to ensure smooth rolling.
• Hardware Check: Every few months, check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause material degradation and fading.
