Setup & Assembly

Assembly is estimated to take approximately 3-5 hours with 2-4 people. An impact gun with hex bits is highly recommended for tightening lag bolts. Ensure all connections are secure for structural integrity.

General Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack and Organize: Carefully unpack all boxes and lay out components. Verify all parts against the parts list.
2. Assemble Frame: Begin by assembling the main aluminum frame structure. Ensure all triangular supports are correctly oriented and securely fastened.
3. Install Roof Panels: This is often the most challenging part. The galvanized steel double roof panels require careful alignment. It is recommended to assemble roof sections on the ground first, then lift and secure them to the main frame. Ensure panels overlap correctly to prevent leaks.
4. Secure Anchoring: Once the main structure is complete and squared, securely anchor the gazebo to your chosen surface using the provided pre-drilled bases and anchoring plates. For concrete patios, use appropriate anchor bolts (e.g., 3/8 inch anchor bolts, 4 inches deep).
5. Attach Curtains and Netting: Install the double-layer PBV-coated curtains and netting using the double track system.

Assembly Tips:

• Use a hack-saw to cut supplied Allen wrenches and use them as bits in a cordless drill for faster assembly. Set the drill clutch low to avoid damaging threads.
• For roof panels, secure the bottom of each panel joint first to stabilize the previous panel. Once each overlapping panel joint is secure, then fasten all other points. This method helps maintain panel position during the process.
• Do not anchor the legs until the main structure is complete and squared to allow for necessary flex and adjustments.

Operation

Curtains and Netting:

The gazebo features fully enclosed zippered removable double-layer PBV-coated curtains and netting. These can be adjusted to provide shade, privacy, or protection from insects.

• Opening/Closing: Use the smooth-gliding double track system to open or close the curtains and netting.
• Securing: Utilize the two-in-one Velcro straps to tie back curtains when not in use, or to secure them to the posts for a neat appearance.
• Privacy/Insect Protection: Zip the curtains and netting together for full enclosure, offering enhanced privacy and protection from mosquitoes and other insects.

Roof Features:

• Ventilation: The double-top roof design facilitates air circulation, aiding in cooling and reducing wind pressure.
• Water Drainage: The roof's water design ensures rainwater flows from the edge into leakage holes and then to the ground, preventing water accumulation.
• Accessory Hooks: Utilize the "U" and "J" hooks on the top roof to hang lights, fans, or other decorative items.
