Setup

Unpacking and Assembly

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Attach the handle assembly to the main unit using the provided hardware. Ensure it is securely fastened.
3. Connect the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet and the spray gun.
4. Connect your garden hose to the water inlet on the pump. Ensure the water supply is clean and free of debris.
5. Verify all connections are tight to prevent leaks.

Adding Fuel and Oil

• Engine Oil: Before first use, add 1.16 pints (0.55 liters) of recommended SJ 10W-40 engine oil to the crankcase. Do not overfill.
• Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. The fuel tank capacity is 0.95 gallons (3.6 liters). Do not use E85 or other ethanol blends higher than E10.
• Detergent Tank: If using detergent, fill the 0.5 gallon (1.9 liter) detergent tank with pressure washer safe detergent.

Operating Instructions

Starting the Engine

1. Ensure the pressure washer is on a level surface.
2. Turn on the water supply completely.
3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to purge air from the pump and hose until a steady stream of water emerges. Release the trigger.
4. Set the engine switch to the "ON" position.
5. Move the choke lever to the "FULL CHOKE" position (if the engine is cold).
6. Pull the recoil starter handle firmly and steadily until the engine starts.
7. Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.

Using Quick Connect Nozzles

The GPW3200 comes with a five-nozzle set for various applications:

• 0° (Red): For concentrated, high-impact cleaning. Use with extreme caution for tough spots.
• 15° (Yellow): For intense cleaning of hard surfaces like concrete or stripping paint.
• 25° (Green): For general cleaning of most surfaces, such as wood decks or patios.
• 40° (White): For gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces like siding, windows, or vehicles.
• Soap (Black): For applying detergent at low pressure.

Adjusting the Handle

The handle of the GPW3200 is adjustable to allow for comfortable operation and compact storage. Loosen the knobs on the side of the handle, adjust to the desired height or fold position, and then tighten the knobs securely.

Shutting Down

1. Turn off the engine switch.
2. Turn off the water supply.
3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
4. Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.

Engine Maintenance

• Oil Changes: Change engine oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
• Air Filter: Inspect and clean the dual-element (paper & foam) air filter regularly. Replace if damaged.
• Spark Plug: Inspect and clean the spark plug annually. Replace if necessary.
• Fuel System: Use a fuel stabilizer if storing the unit for extended periods. Drain the fuel tank and carburetor if storing for more than 30 days without stabilizer.

Pump Maintenance

• Water Inlet Filter: Clean the water inlet filter screen before each use to prevent debris from entering the pump.
• Winterization: In freezing temperatures, use a pump protector or RV antifreeze to prevent damage to the pump.

Storage

When storing the pressure washer, especially for extended periods:

• Drain all water from the pump, hoses, and spray gun.
• Add fuel stabilizer to the fuel tank or drain the fuel.
• Clean the exterior of the unit.
• Store in a dry, protected area. The foldable design allows for compact storage.
