Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (grill rack, baking tray, rotisserie spit) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Run the oven empty for about 15 minutes at maximum temperature to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; this is normal.

5. Care and Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.

- For stubborn stains inside the oven, a paste of baking soda and water can be applied, left for a few minutes, then wiped clean.
- Never immerse the main oven unit in water.
5.2 Storage
When not in use, ensure the oven is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. If storing for an extended period, it is recommended to keep it in its original packaging.
