Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Mounting Dream MD-FM75SB Full Motion TV Mount and Heavy Duty Soundbar Wall Mount. Please read all instructions carefully before installation and retain this manual for future reference.

- Ensure the mounting surface can safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware.
- Always use a stud finder to locate wood studs or consult a qualified professional for concrete/brick wall installations.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 132 LBS for the TV mount and 26.5 LBS for the soundbar mount.
- This product is intended for indoor use only.

Setup and Installation
1. Pre-Installation Checks
- TV Compatibility: This mount supports TVs from 42 to 75 inches.
- Weight Capacity: Ensure your TV weighs no more than 132 LBS. The soundbar must not exceed 26.5 LBS.
- VESA Compatibility: Check the VESA pattern (mounting hole spacing) on the back of your TV. This mount supports VESA patterns up to 600x400mm.
- Wall Type: Determine your wall type (wood stud, concrete, brick). Different hardware and procedures apply.

2. Mounting the TV Wall Plate
- Mark the desired height and center of your TV on the wall.
- Use a stud finder to locate wood studs. For concrete/brick, use appropriate anchors.
- Position the wall plate at the marked location and use the included level to ensure it is straight.
- Mark the drilling holes through the wall plate.
- Drill pilot holes according to the instructions for your wall type.
- Secure the wall plate to the wall using the appropriate lag bolts/anchors.
3. Attaching TV Brackets to the TV
- Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface.
- Attach the vertical TV brackets to the back of your TV using the correct screws, washers, and spacers for your TV model. Ensure they are securely fastened.
4. Mounting the Soundbar Bracket
The soundbar bracket can be mounted to the TV brackets or directly to the wall, depending on your preference and soundbar type (with or without holes).

Option A: Attaching Soundbar Bracket to TV Brackets
- Align the soundbar bracket with the lower holes on the TV brackets.
- Secure the soundbar bracket to the TV brackets using the provided screws.
- Adjust the depth of the soundbar holder arms to accommodate your soundbar.
Option B: Attaching Soundbar Bracket Directly to Wall
- Mark the desired location for the soundbar below the TV.
- Drill pilot holes and secure the soundbar bracket to the wall using appropriate hardware.
- Adjust the depth of the soundbar holder arms as needed.

5. Hanging the TV and Soundbar
- Carefully lift the TV (with attached brackets) and hook it onto the wall plate.
- Secure the TV to the wall plate using the safety screws or locking mechanisms.
- Place your soundbar onto the soundbar bracket. Ensure it is stable and centered.

Operating Instructions
The full motion design allows for flexible viewing angles.
- Swivel: Gently push or pull the TV to the desired left or right angle (up to +/-45°).
- Tilt: Loosen the tilt knobs on the TV brackets, adjust the screen to the desired vertical angle (+5°/-15°), and re-tighten the knobs.
- Extension: Pull the TV away from the wall to extend the arm, or push it back towards the wall to retract.
- Leveling: After installation, you can make minor adjustments to ensure the TV is perfectly level (up to +/-3°).

Maintenance
- Periodically check that all screws and connections are tight and secure.
- Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure cables are not pinched or stressed during movement.
Troubleshooting
Issue: TV is not level after installation.
Solution: Use the post-installation leveling feature to adjust the TV. Refer to Figure 7 for guidance.
Issue: Mount feels loose or unstable.
Solution: Re-check all mounting screws and bolts on both the wall plate and TV brackets. Ensure they are tightened securely. Verify that the wall structure is adequate.
Issue: Soundbar is not securely held.
Solution: Adjust the depth of the soundbar holder arms to fit your soundbar snugly. Ensure the soundbar's weight does not exceed 26.5 LBS.
