3. Setup
3.1. Download the Companion App
- Power on your smartwatch. A QR code will appear on the screen.
- Scan the QR code using your smartphone's camera or a QR code scanner app. This will direct you to download the FitCloudPro app.
- Alternatively, search for "FitCloudPro" directly in your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS) and install it.

3.2. Pairing the Smartwatch
- Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on.
- Open the FitCloudPro app and create an account or log in.
- Navigate to the "Device" section within the app.
- Tap "Search Now" or the equivalent option to find your smartwatch.
- Select your device from the list (e.g., "LW46_XXX").
- Confirm the pairing request on both your smartphone and the smartwatch.

3.3. Bluetooth Call Function Setup
- After successful pairing, go to your smartphone's Bluetooth settings.

- Tap on the device name and ensure that the "Call Audio" or "Media Audio" option is enabled. This allows the smartwatch to make and receive calls.
- You can now dial numbers directly from your smartwatch or answer incoming calls.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Basic Navigation
- Swipe Up/Down: Access quick settings or notifications.

The smartwatch continuously monitors various health metrics:
- Heart Rate: Real-time 24/7 heart rate monitoring. View historical data in the app.
- Blood Oxygen (SpO2): Monitor your blood oxygen levels.
- Sleep Monitoring: Automatically tracks deep sleep, light sleep, and waking time.
- Female Health Alerts: Set up and receive menstrual cycle and pregnancy period reminders via the app.

Track your fitness progress with multiple sports modes:

4.5. Notifications & Reminders
- Message Notifications: Receive alerts for calls, SMS, and social media apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Enable these in the FitCloudPro app under "Push Notifications".
- Alarm Clock: Set multiple alarms through the app.
- Sedentary Reminder: Get alerts to move if inactive for too long. Customize time intervals in the app.
- Drink Water Reminder: Set reminders to stay hydrated. Customize time intervals in the app.
4.6. Additional Features
- Weather Forecast: View current weather and forecasts on your watch (requires app synchronization).
- Raise to Wake: Lift your wrist to automatically activate the screen. Customize active hours in the app.
- Time Format & Units: Adjust between 12-hour or 24-hour time formats and select preferred units (metric/imperial, Celsius/Fahrenheit) in the app.
- Do Not Disturb Mode: Silence notifications and vibrations during specified times.
5. Maintenance
5.1. Charging
To charge your smartwatch, connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch. Connect the USB end to a power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

5.2. Water Resistance
The Parsonver LW46 Smart Watch has an IP68 water resistance rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, such as hand washing or light rain, but not recommended for swimming, diving, or hot showers.
5.3. Cleaning
Regularly clean your smartwatch and bands to prevent skin irritation and maintain device longevity. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen and watch body. For the bands, use mild soap and water if necessary, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before wearing.
5.4. Changing Bands
The smartwatch comes with interchangeable bands. To change a band, locate the small quick-release pin on the underside of the band where it connects to the watch. Pull the pin inwards to detach the band. To attach a new band, align the pin with the holes on the watch casing and release the pin to secure it.

6. Troubleshooting
