3. Setup and Charging

3.1 Initial Charging

1. Before first use, fully charge the appliance.
2. Connect the provided Micro USB cable to the charging port on the motor unit.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a suitable USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
4. The charging indicator light will illuminate.
5. Charging typically takes approximately 4 hours. The indicator light will change or turn off once fully charged.

3.2 Assembly

1. Place the processing bowl onto a stable, flat surface.
2. Insert the desired attachment (4-blade, whisk, or grater plate) into the center shaft of the processing bowl. Ensure it is securely seated.
3. Add your ingredients to the processing bowl. Do not exceed the maximum cooking volume of 300g (including liquid).
4. Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning it correctly.
5. Position the motor unit on top of the lid, ensuring it locks into place. The appliance will not operate if the motor unit is not correctly seated.

4. Operating Instructions

The BRUNO Multi-Chopper is designed for simple, one-touch operation.

4.1 General Operation

1. Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and charged.
2. Press and hold the power button located on top of the motor unit to begin processing.
3. Release the button to stop operation.
4. For best results, use short pulses rather than continuous operation, especially for chopping.

Important Operating Time Limits:

• 4-Blade and Grater Plate: Maximum continuous operation is 30 seconds. The appliance will automatically stop if operated continuously for approximately 30 seconds.
• Whisk Attachment: Maximum continuous operation is 1 minute.
• After reaching the maximum operating time, allow the appliance to cool down for at least 10 minutes before resuming use. Exceeding these limits can cause the motor or blade to overheat and malfunction.

4.2 Using the 4-Blade Attachment

This attachment is ideal for chopping, mixing, kneading, and crushing ingredients.

• Chopping: Use for vegetables, herbs, nuts, and meat. Use short pulses for desired consistency.
• Mixing: Combine ingredients for sauces, dressings, or batters.
• Kneading: Suitable for small quantities of dough.
• Crushing: Effective for crushing ice or hard ingredients.
