1. Introduction and Overview

The AGM M6 is a robust and reliable 4G rugged phone designed for durability and ease of use. It features IP68 and IP69K water and dust resistance, MIL-STD-810H compliance for extreme conditions, and a powerful 109dB speaker. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your AGM M6 phone.

2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation

The AGM M6 comes with a removable 2500mAh battery. To install the battery:

1. Remove the back cover of the phone.
2. Align the battery contacts with the terminals inside the battery compartment.
3. Gently press the battery into place until it is securely seated.
4. Replace the back cover, ensuring it clicks into position.

2.2 SIM Card and Micro SD Card Installation

The AGM M6 supports Dual Micro SIM cards (SIM 1 for 4G, SIM 2 for 2G) and a Micro SD card for expandable storage up to 128GB.

1. With the back cover and battery removed, locate the SIM card slots and Micro SD card slot.
2. Insert the Micro SIM cards into their respective slots with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring they are fully seated.
3. Insert the Micro SD card into its designated slot.
4. Reinstall the battery and back cover.

2.3 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your AGM M6 phone.

• Connect the provided USB Type-C adapter to the charging port on the phone.
• Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
• The phone will indicate charging status on the screen. A full charge provides up to 360 hours of standby time.
• An optional desktop charging dock (not included) is available for convenient charging.

3.1 Basic Functions

The AGM M6 is designed for simplicity, focusing on essential communication features.

• Making Calls: Use the keypad to dial numbers and press the green call button to initiate a call.
• Sending Text Messages: Navigate to the messaging application to compose and send SMS messages. The 2.4-inch screen and 21-key keypad facilitate easy typing.
• Music and Video Playback: The phone supports basic music and video playback. Files can be stored on the Micro SD card.
• Camera: The phone includes a 0.3M camera for basic photo capture.
• FM Radio: The M6 supports wireless FM radio, allowing you to listen to stations without needing headphones as an antenna.
• LED Torch: A dedicated side key activates the powerful LED torch for illumination.

• Wipe the phone with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• If exposed to saltwater or other corrosive liquids, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and dry completely before charging or opening any ports.
• Ensure all port covers are securely closed to maintain water and dust resistance.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Network Compatibility

The AGM M6 is compatible with GSM T-Mobile carriers. It is not compatible with CDMA carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, or Boost Mobile. It is also not compatible with Straight Talk, Cricket, or Consumer Cellular.

5.2 Common Issues

• Phone not turning on: Ensure the battery is properly installed and charged. Connect to the charger and wait a few minutes.
• No network signal: Check if your SIM card is correctly inserted. Verify that your carrier is compatible with the AGM M6. Move to an area with better network coverage.
• Poor audio quality: Ensure the speaker is not obstructed. Adjust volume settings.
• Battery draining quickly: Reduce screen brightness, close unused applications, or limit background data usage.
