Setup

Charging the Device

The Gracioso Portable CD Player is equipped with a 4000mAh rechargeable battery. Before initial use, or when the battery is low, connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device and a compatible power adapter. A full charge takes approximately 6 hours and provides up to 5 hours of working time.

Power On/Off

Locate the power switch on the side of the device. Slide the switch to the "ON" position to power on the CD player. Slide to "OFF" to power off.

Operating Modes

The device supports multiple playback modes including CD, Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB, and AUX.

CD Mode

The player is compatible with CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3, WMA, and WAV formats. To play a CD, gently open the CD dust cover, insert the disc, and close the cover. The player will automatically read and begin playback from where it was last played.

Bluetooth Mode (Receiver)

The built-in Bluetooth receiver allows you to connect your Bluetooth-enabled devices (such as cell phones, iPads, or computers) to the CD player and use it as a HiFi speaker. Enjoy high-quality wireless audio within a 33-foot range.

Bluetooth Mode (Transmitter)

The device can also act as a Bluetooth transmitter, allowing you to connect it to other Bluetooth speakers or headphones. This enables you to play your favorite CDs through external Bluetooth audio devices.

FM Radio Mode

Tune into your favorite FM radio stations. The device supports frequencies from 76MHz to 108MHz. Use the controls to scan and select stations.

USB Flash Drive Player

Insert a USB flash drive into the designated USB port to play audio files directly from the drive.

3.5mm AUX Audio Player

Connect external audio devices using the provided 3.5mm AUX cable for wired audio playback.

Remote Control

The device comes with a full-feature remote control, allowing you to manage playback, switch modes, adjust volume, and set the sleep timer from up to 10 meters away.

Sleep Timer

You can set a sleep timer for automatic shutdown, with options for 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, or 180 minutes. This feature allows the music to accompany you to sleep without continuous playback.

Maintenance

Disc Care

To ensure optimal reading performance, always use discs without scratches, stains, or deformation. Regularly check the quality of your discs. Keep the CD dust cover closed when not in use to prevent dust accumulation and accidental touching.

Cleaning the Laser Head

Dust and dirt inside the laser head can affect disc reading. Gently wipe the laser head with a special cleaning disc or a cotton swab to ensure it is clean.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with CD playback, refer to the following common solutions:

1. CD Door Not Closed: Ensure the CD door is closed tightly.
2. Dirty Laser Head: Dust and dirt inside the laser head can affect reading. Use a special cleaning disc or cotton swab to gently wipe the laser head.
3. Damaged Disc: Scratches, stains, or deformation on the disc surface will affect reading. Use a disc without such imperfections and regularly check disc quality.
4. Poorly Focused Laser Head: If the laser head is poorly focused, it may lead to reading failure. Try adjusting the laser focus manually or use a special cleaning disc.
5. Internal Damage: If the above methods are ineffective, internal parts of the CD player may be damaged or aging. It is recommended to contact a professional repairer for inspection and repair, or replace the CD player or related parts if necessary.
