Setup Guide

1. What's in the Box

Upon unboxing, ensure all components are present:

• Cleer Audio ARC Open-Ear True Wireless Headphones (Left and Right)
• Protective Charging Case with integrated charging cable
• User Manual (PDF version available online)

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Cleer Audio ARC headphones. The protective case has an integrated charging cable. Connect the case to a USB power source. The earbuds will begin charging automatically when placed inside the case.

• A full charge provides up to 7 hours of playback.
• A 10-minute quick charge provides up to 1 hour of playback.

3. Pairing with Your Device

The ARC headphones utilize Bluetooth 5.0 for stable connectivity. To pair:

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, computer), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "Cleer ARC" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

The headphones can connect to most Bluetooth-enabled devices, including Android and iOS devices, and compatible TVs.

4. Cleer+ App Download

For enhanced control and customization, download the free Cleer+ App from your device's app store. The app allows you to personalize sound settings, customize device controls, and receive firmware updates.

Operating Instructions

1. Wearing the Headphones

The ARC headphones feature an open-ear design with a flexible hinge for a comfortable and secure fit. They sit over your ear without blocking the ear canal, ensuring you remain aware of your surroundings.

2. Touch Controls

The ARC headphones feature seamless touch controls on the earbud surface. These controls can be customized via the Cleer+ App.

• Volume Up/Down: Swipe up or down on the touch panel.
• Track Forward/Back: Swipe forward or backward on the touch panel.
• Play/Pause: Single tap on the touch panel.
• Answer/End Calls: Single tap on the touch panel during an incoming call.
• Voice Assistant: Press and hold the touch panel to activate your device's native voice assistant.

3. Motion Controls (via Cleer+ App)

Enable motion controls in the Cleer+ App settings for hands-free operation:

• Answer Call: Nod your head twice.
• Hang Up/Reject Call: Shake your head twice.
• Previous Track: Turn your head left and then back.
• Next Track: Turn your head right and then back.

Note: When driving, it is recommended to turn off this function to avoid affecting your music listening experience. This function may have errors due to individual differences in use.

4. Audio Customization (Cleer+ App)

The Cleer+ App allows you to personalize your audio experience:

• Equalizer (EQ): Adjust the sound profile to your preference with various presets (Flat, Rock, Jazz, Classical, Pop, Sport EQ) or create a custom setting.
• Smart Sport EQ: Enable this feature for optimized audio during physical activity.

Maintenance

1. Charging the Case and Earbuds

Always store the earbuds in their protective charging case when not in use to keep them charged and protected. The integrated USB-A cable allows for convenient charging.

2. Cleaning and UV Sterilization

The charging case features UV sterilization to help keep your earbuds clean. Simply close the case with the earbuds inside to activate the sterilization process.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Cleer Audio ARC headphones, try the following common troubleshooting steps:

• No Sound: Ensure the headphones are charged and properly paired with your device. Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your device.
• Pairing Issues: Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on. Try forgetting the "Cleer ARC" device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pairing. Ensure earbuds are fully charged.
• Intermittent Connection: Ensure your device is within the Bluetooth range (10 meters). Avoid physical obstructions between the headphones and your device.
• Motion Control Inaccuracy: Ensure the motion control feature is enabled in the Cleer+ App. If driving, disable it as recommended.
