Important Safety Instructions

- Do not immerse the main heating base in water or any other liquid.
- Exercise caution when handling hot surfaces and steam. Avoid placing hands directly over the steam vent during operation.

- Do not operate the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged.
- Ensure the egg cooker is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Components:
- Main Heating Base: The core unit where water is added and heated.
- Egg Tray: Holds up to 7 eggs for boiling.

Setup
- Before first use, wash all removable parts (egg tray, poaching trays, measuring cup, lid) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Place the main heating base on a dry, flat, and stable surface.
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged during setup.
Operating Instructions
1. Boiling Eggs (Hard, Medium, Soft)
- Using the measuring cup, fill the main heating base with water according to your desired doneness (Hard, Medium, Soft).
- Use the piercing pin located at the bottom of the measuring cup to gently pierce the larger end of each egg. This helps prevent cracking during cooking.
- Place the egg tray onto the heating base.
- Carefully place up to 7 pierced eggs into the designated slots on the egg tray.
- Cover the egg cooker with the transparent lid.
- Plug in the appliance and press the power button. The indicator light will illuminate.
- The egg cooker will automatically shut off and sound a buzzer when the water has completely evaporated and the eggs are cooked.
- Once the buzzer sounds, press the power button to turn off the appliance and unplug it.
- Carefully remove the lid and egg tray. For best results and easier peeling, immediately transfer the cooked eggs to a bowl of cold water.

2. Poached Eggs, Scrambled Eggs, or Omelets
- Using the measuring cup, fill the main heating base with water up to the 'Omelet/Poach' line.
- Lightly grease the poaching/omelet tray(s) with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
- For poached eggs, crack an egg into each section of the poaching tray. For scrambled eggs or omelets, whisk eggs with desired ingredients and pour into the tray.
- Place the egg tray onto the heating base, then place the filled poaching/omelet tray(s) on top of the egg tray.
- Cover the egg cooker with the transparent lid.
- Plug in the appliance and press the power button. The indicator light will illuminate.
- The egg cooker will automatically shut off and sound a buzzer when cooking is complete.
- Once the buzzer sounds, press the power button to turn off the appliance and unplug it.
- Carefully remove the lid and tray(s). Serve immediately.

Maintenance and Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The egg tray, poaching/omelet trays, measuring cup, and lid are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the main heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water or any other liquid.
- To remove mineral deposits from the heating plate, add a small amount of vinegar and water, let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe clean.
Troubleshooting
- Eggs not cooked to desired doneness: Ensure the correct amount of water was added using the measuring cup for the desired doneness. Adjust water level slightly for personal preference in future uses.
- Eggs cracking during cooking: Ensure the larger end of the egg was pierced with the pin on the measuring cup before placing it in the tray.
- Residue on heating plate: This is normal due to mineral deposits from water. Clean as per maintenance instructions.
