Setup
Connecting the Phone:
- Locate the telephone line jack on the back of the phone unit.
- Connect one end of the provided telephone line cord into this jack.
- Connect the other end of the telephone line cord into your wall telephone outlet (RJ11 jack).
- Ensure both connections are secure. The phone is now ready for use, as it draws power directly from the telephone line.
Placement Options:
- Desktop Placement: Place the phone on a flat, stable surface. The four anti-slip mats on the bottom will help keep it secure.

Operating Instructions
Making a Call:
- Lift the handset from the base.
- Listen for a dial tone.
- Dial the desired telephone number using the keypad.
- Once the call is complete, place the handset back on the base to hang up.
Receiving a Call:
- When the phone rings, lift the handset from the base.
- Begin your conversation.
- Once the call is complete, place the handset back on the base to hang up.
Using Functions:
- Mute: During a call, press the MUTE button to temporarily disable your microphone. The other party will not hear you. Press MUTE again to resume speaking.
- Pause: When dialing, press the PAUSE button to insert a brief pause in the dialing sequence. This is useful for accessing extensions or automated systems.
- Redial: After hanging up, lift the handset and press the REDIAL button to automatically dial the last number you called.
