1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Torchlet RGB Floor Lamp. This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new floor lamp. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper functionality and safety.

The Torchlet RGB Floor Lamp features a classic, modern design with a white fabric shade and a compact base. It offers cutting-edge RGB display technology with 16 million DIY colors, various scene modes, music sync capabilities, and multiple control methods including remote, base buttons, and a mobile application.

2. What's in the Box

Carefully unpack all components and ensure all items listed below are present:

3. Setup Instructions

3.1. Assembly

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
  2. Assemble the Base: Attach the lowest pole section to the circular base unit. Ensure it is securely tightened.
  3. Connect Pole Sections: Screw the remaining pole sections together, ensuring the LED strip cable runs freely through the center.
  4. Attach Fabric Shade: Carefully slide the fabric shade over the assembled pole. Ensure the shade is oriented correctly and fits snugly over the top and bottom rings. Some stretching may be required to achieve a taut fit.
  5. Secure the Shade: Secure the fabric shade to the top and bottom rings using the provided fasteners or tension mechanisms.

3.2. Initial Power On

  1. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the lamp's base and then into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Activate: The lamp should illuminate. If not, use the remote control or the base button to turn it on.

4.1. Control Methods

Your Torchlet RGB Floor Lamp can be controlled using three primary methods:

  • Remote Control: The included remote allows for basic functions like power on/off, color selection, brightness adjustment, and scene mode changes.
  • Base Buttons: The lamp's base features physical buttons for quick access to power and basic color/mode cycling.
  • Mobile App ("duoCo StripX"): For full functionality, download the "duoCo StripX" app from your device's app store. The app enables advanced features such as 16 million DIY colors, custom scene modes, music sync, and timer settings.
  • Voice Control: The lamp supports voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Home when connected through the "duoCo StripX" app.

4.3. Smart Timer

Utilize the "duoCo StripX" app to set schedules and timers for your lamp. This allows you to automatically turn the lamp on or off at specific times, enhancing convenience and energy efficiency.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: To clean the fabric shade, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For the base and pole, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Bulb Replacement: The LED bulb is integrated and not user-replaceable. If the light source fails, please contact Torchlet customer support.
  • Storage: If storing the lamp for an extended period, disassemble it and store all components in their original packaging in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions:
