Conversion Instructions (4-in-1 Functionality)
The DaVinci Chloe Regency Crib is designed to adapt as your child grows, converting into a toddler bed, daybed, and full-size bed. Conversion kits are sold separately.
1. Crib Mode (Standard)
This is the initial setup for infants. Ensure all four side rails are securely attached and the mattress support is at the appropriate height for your child's developmental stage (see "Mattress Height Adjustment" section).

2. Toddler Bed Mode
To convert to a toddler bed, remove the front crib rail and install the DaVinci Toddler Conversion Kit (#M12599, sold separately). This provides a lower barrier for your child to safely enter and exit the bed.
3. Daybed Mode
For daybed conversion, simply remove the front crib rail. No additional kit is required for this stage. The crib's back panel serves as the daybed's backrest.
4. Full-Size Bed Mode
To transform the crib into a full-size bed, you will need the DaVinci Full-Size Conversion Kit (#M5789, sold separately). This kit allows you to attach the crib's headboard and footboard to a standard full-size bed frame.

Mattress Height Adjustment
The crib features four adjustable mattress positions to ensure safety as your baby grows. The mattress support can be lowered as your child becomes more mobile.
- Highest Position: For newborns, allowing easy access to your baby.
- Second Position: When your baby can roll over.
- Third Position: When your baby can sit up unassisted.
- Lowest Position: When your baby can stand. This is the safest position to prevent climbing out.
Always ensure the mattress is at the lowest possible position for your child's current developmental stage to prevent falls.

Care and Maintenance
To maintain the quality and appearance of your DaVinci Chloe Regency Crib, wipe surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish. Regularly check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight.
Troubleshooting
- Loose Connections: If the crib feels wobbly, check all bolts and screws and tighten them securely. Do not overtighten.
- Difficulty Adjusting Mattress Height: Ensure the mattress support is properly aligned with the desired pinholes on all four corners. If pins are stuck, gently wiggle the support while adjusting.
- Missing Parts: If any parts are missing upon arrival, contact DaVinci customer support immediately for assistance.
