Setup & Installation

Your portable air conditioner comes with a snap-assembly window kit designed for windows 18" to 50" wide. The convenient drain-free design means condensed water will evaporate outside through the air exhaust hose, eliminating the need for manual drainage.

Installation Steps:

  3. Connect one end of the hose to the exhaust port on the back of the air conditioner unit.
  4. Insert the other end of the hose into the opening of the assembled window slider kit.
  5. Secure the window kit in your window opening, ensuring a tight seal to prevent air leakage.
  6. Plug the unit into a dedicated 115-Volt, 60Hz electrical outlet. The power cord features a circuit breaker for safety.

Operating Instructions

Your Hisense Portable Air Conditioner offers multiple modes and settings for personalized comfort. The control panel on top of the unit provides easy access to all functions, and a remote control is included for convenient operation from a distance. The unit also supports the ConnectLife smart app for control via Wi-Fi.

Control Panel Overview:

  • Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
  • Mode Button: Cycles through available modes: COOL, DRY (dehumidifier), FAN, HEAT.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air conditioner.

Filter Cleaning:

The unit features a removable and washable PP filter located at the back of the unit. It is recommended to clean the filter regularly, especially during periods of frequent use, to maintain air quality and cooling efficiency.

  1. Turn off and unplug the air conditioner before cleaning.
  2. Locate the filter area on the back of the unit.
  3. Gently open the filter cover and remove the filter.
  4. Wash the filter under running water (e.g., in a sink) to remove dust and debris.
  5. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.
  6. Close the filter cover securely.

Drainage:
