4. Setup (Assembly Instructions)
Please follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components and hardware on a soft, clean surface. Refer to the parts list (Figure 5) to ensure all pieces are present.
- Assemble Side Panels: Attach accessories A (cam locks) and B (cam bolts) to the designated holes on panels 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
- Connect Base Sections: Connect panels 2 and 5, and panels 2 and 4, using the cam locks and bolts. Ensure a secure fit. Repeat for the other side with panels 6 and 7.
- Install Bottom Shelf: Insert the assembled side panels into the main base (panel 3) and secure them using accessories D (screws).
- Attach Lift Mechanism: Carefully note the direction of accessories E (lift mechanisms). Attach them to the underside of the tabletop (panel 1) and the inside of the main base using accessories C (screws). Ensure both mechanisms are aligned and securely fastened.

5. Operating Instructions

- Regular Coffee Table Mode: When the tabletop is fully closed, the table functions as a standard coffee table. The hidden compartments are accessible by lifting the top.
- Lift-Top Workstation/Dining Mode:
- To lift the tabletop, grasp the edge firmly and gently pull upwards. The spring-loaded mechanism will assist in lifting.
- The tabletop can be partially lifted to create a comfortable workstation for one or two people.
- For a larger dining or gaming surface, continue lifting until the tabletop is fully extended and locked into place. The safety valves ensure stability.
- To lower, gently push the tabletop down. The smooth descent mechanism will guide it back into the closed position.
- Accessing Storage:
- The hidden compartment beneath the lift-top is divided into three sections for organized storage.
- The open lower shelf provides easy access for frequently used items.
