Troubleshooting
No Image / No Signal
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the projector is turned on.
- Verify that the correct input source (HDMI, AV, VGA, DVD, etc.) is selected on the projector.
- Check the connection cables between the projector and the source device for looseness or damage.
- Try connecting a different source device to confirm if the issue is with the projector or the source.
Blurry Image
- Adjust the focus ring on the projector lens until the image is clear.
- Ensure the projection distance is within the recommended range (refer to specifications).
- Use the keystone adjustment to correct any trapezoidal distortion.
No Sound / Low Sound
- Check the volume level on both the projector and the source device.
- If using Bluetooth, ensure the external speaker/headphone is properly paired and its volume is up.
- If connecting via HDMI, ensure the source device's audio output is set correctly.
- For DVD playback, ensure the disc's audio track is selected correctly.
Bluetooth Audio Lag
- While the projector has built-in Bluetooth, some users may experience slight audio lag with external Bluetooth speakers. This is a known characteristic and cannot be adjusted. For critical audio synchronization, consider using a wired audio connection via the 3.5mm audio out port.
Loud Fan Noise
- The projector's cooling fan operates continuously to prevent overheating. The fan noise is normal for this type of device. Ensure adequate ventilation around the projector to prevent the fan from working harder than necessary.
