• 1. Top Connector: Connects to your outdoor faucet. Features a 360-degree rotating connector for easy installation and a built-in filter to prevent debris.
• 2. LCD Display: Shows current time, watering programs for Zone A and Zone B, battery level, and other settings.
• 3. Control Buttons:
  • NOW / A/B: Switches between current time display and program settings for Zone A or Zone B.

Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup and installation of your sprinkler timer.

1. Install Batteries

Open the battery compartment on the back of the timer. Insert two new AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely to maintain the waterproof seal. The intelligent power system will display the remaining battery life.

2. Attach to Faucet

Screw the top connector of the timer onto your outdoor faucet. The 3/4" universal thread fits most standard hose fittings. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks. The 360-degree rotating connector allows for easy positioning.

3. Connect Hoses

Attach your garden hoses to the Zone A and Zone B outlets at the bottom of the timer. Ensure these connections are also secure.

Operating Instructions

The Johgee Sprinkler Timer offers flexible programming options for automatic and manual watering.

Setting Current Time

1. Press the NOW button to display the current time.
2. Press and hold the OK button until the hour digit flashes.
3. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the hour. Press OK to confirm.
4. Repeat for minutes.

Automatic Watering Program (Zone A & B)

Each zone can be programmed independently.

1. Press NOW / A/B to select the desired zone (A or B).
2. Press and hold OK to enter programming mode for the selected zone.
3. Set Start Time: Use +/- to set the desired start time for watering. Press OK.
4. Set How Long (Duration): Use +/- to set the watering duration from 1 second to 99 minutes. Press OK.
5. Set How Often (Frequency): Use +/- to set the watering frequency from 1 hour to 15 days. Press OK.
6. Press ESC to exit programming. The timer will now follow the set schedule.

Manual Watering Mode

To water immediately without interrupting your programmed schedule:

1. Press the OK button briefly. The display will show "ON".
2. Use +/- to set the desired manual watering duration.
3. Press OK to start manual watering.
4. To stop manual watering, press OK again or ESC.

Rain Delay Function

Temporarily suspend watering during rainy periods to conserve water.

1. Press the + DELAY button.
2. Use +/- to select the delay duration (24, 48, or 72 hours).
3. Press OK to activate the rain delay. The timer will resume its schedule after the delay period.
4. To cancel rain delay, press + DELAY again.

Child Lock Mode

To prevent unintended changes to your settings:

1. To activate: Press and hold the OK button and the - button simultaneously for 3 seconds until a lock icon appears on the display.
2. To deactivate: Press and hold the OK button and the - button simultaneously for 3 seconds until the lock icon disappears.

Maintenance

• Battery Replacement: When the intelligent power system indicates low battery, replace both AA batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. Always use new alkaline batteries.
• Cleaning: Periodically check the filter inside the top connector for debris and clean if necessary to maintain optimal water flow. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Winter Storage: Before freezing temperatures, disconnect the timer from the faucet and hoses. Drain any remaining water and store the unit indoors in a dry, frost-free location. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods.
