- Attach Suction Cups: Open the buttons on the suction cups. Place the dual suction cups firmly onto the desired clean, smooth surface.
- Secure the Mount: Press the buttons on each suction cup to create a strong vacuum seal, locking the mount securely in place.
- Attach Magic Arm: The magic arm attaches to the suction cup chassis via a NATO rail design. Adjust the knob to secure the magic arm.
- Mount Camera/Device: Attach your camera, action camera (using the included mount), or phone (with a compatible phone holder, not included) to the 1/4"-20 screw or action camera mount on the magic arm.

Operating Instructions
The double ballhead structure allows for flexible angle adjustments to suit different usage scenarios and shooting needs. The thumbwheel on the magic arm makes it easy to adjust tightness and position your camera precisely.
- Angle Adjustment: Loosen the thumbwheel on the magic arm to adjust the ballheads to your desired angle. Tighten the thumbwheel to lock the position.
- Curved Surfaces: The design allows for a 20° adjustable space between the two cups, enabling attachment to moderately curved surfaces.
- Quick Release: The magic arm can be quickly mounted onto or removed from the suction cup base using its NATO rail design.

- Inspect Components: Periodically inspect all components for any signs of wear or damage. Replace any damaged parts to maintain safety and performance.
Troubleshooting
- Suction Not Holding:
- Ensure the mounting surface is completely clean, dry, and smooth.
- Check for any dust or debris on the suction cups themselves. Clean thoroughly if necessary.
- Verify that the suction cup buttons are fully pressed and locked.
- Avoid porous or textured surfaces.
- Camera Movement/Vibration:
- Ensure all knobs and thumbwheels on the magic arm are tightened securely.
- Check that the camera or device is within the recommended load capacity for the specific usage scenario (static vs. in motion).
- Consider using a safety lanyard for added security, especially in dynamic environments.
