Setup
- Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
- Clean the milk pitcher, lid, and whisk thoroughly with warm soapy water before first use. Rinse and dry completely.
- Place the frother base unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Insert the desired frothing whisk into the bottom of the milk pitcher. The whisk is magnetic and will securely attach.
- Pour milk into the pitcher, ensuring it is between the MIN and MAX fill lines. For frothing, do not exceed the 10.1oz (300mL) MAX frothing line. For heating or hot chocolate, do not exceed the 21oz (600mL) MAX heating line.
- Place the milk pitcher onto the base unit.
- Cover the pitcher with the transparent lid.

Operating Instructions
Powering On and Selecting Settings
Plug the frother into a 120V power outlet. The LED display will illuminate.
The touch control panel allows for easy selection of functions.

Temperature Settings
Press the temperature button (thermometer icon) to cycle through the available temperature options:
- Ordinary Temp: For cold frothing.
- 120℉ (49℃): Ideal for hot milk or light frothing.
- 140℉ (60℃): Suitable for cappuccinos and lattes.
- 160℉ (71℃): Perfect for hot chocolate or extra hot beverages.

Froth Thickness Settings
Press the froth thickness button (cup icon) to select your desired froth level:
- Low Froth: For a minimal foam layer.
- Medium Froth: Standard foam for lattes.
- High Froth: Dense foam for cappuccinos.

Starting and Stopping
After selecting your desired temperature and froth thickness, press the Power button (circle with line) to start the frothing process. The button will illuminate green.
The frother will automatically stop once the selected temperature and froth consistency are achieved. It will emit a beep sound to indicate completion.
To manually stop the frother at any time, press the Power button again.
Memory Function
The Maestri House MMF-9304 features a memory function that stores your last used temperature and froth thickness settings for convenience.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your milk frother.
- Always unplug the frother from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Remove the milk pitcher from the base unit.
- Remove the frothing whisk from the bottom of the pitcher.
- The stainless steel pitcher, lid, and whisk are dishwasher safe (top rack only). Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm soapy water and the provided cleaning brush.
- Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid. Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a soft, damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing.
