5. Setup and Charging the Unit

5.1 Charging the Jump Starter

Before first use, fully charge the jump starter. Connect the provided Micro USB charging cable to the Micro USB input port on the jump starter and to a USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicators will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes less than 5 hours.

5.2 Checking Battery Level

Press the power button once to check the battery level. The blue LED indicators will light up, showing the remaining charge.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps to safely jump-start your vehicle:

1. Ensure the jump starter unit is sufficiently charged.
2. Insert the blue end of the smart jump starter cable into the jump start port on the unit. Ensure a firm connection.
3. Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
4. Connect the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
5. Once connected, the indicator on the smart cable should show a solid green light, indicating a safe connection. If it shows a red light or flashes, check the connections.
6. Start your vehicle's engine.
7. Once the engine starts, immediately remove the smart jump starter cable from the vehicle battery terminals, then disconnect it from the jump starter unit.
