3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Wall Mounting

The Airbition A1 fan is designed for wall mounting to optimize space and airflow. Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy and capable of supporting the fan's weight.

  1. Select Location: Choose a suitable location on a wall, ensuring it is within reach of a power outlet and allows for optimal air circulation. Consider the 70-inch power cord length.
  2. Mark Drilling Points: Use the provided mounting bracket as a template to mark the positions for drilling holes on the wall.
  3. Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked positions. Use appropriate drill bits and wall anchors if necessary, depending on your wall material.
  4. Secure Bracket: Attach the mounting bracket to the wall using screws (not included, typically provided with wall anchors). Ensure it is firmly secured.
  5. Attach Fan: Align the fan unit with the secured mounting bracket and slide it into place until it clicks or is firmly seated.

3.2 Power Connection

Once the fan is securely mounted, connect the power cord.

  1. Insert the USB-C connector of the power cord into the back of the fan unit.
  2. Plug the standard electrical plug into a 120V AC power outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Airbition A1 fan can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

4.1 Control Panel

The control panel is located on the base of the fan unit. It typically includes buttons for Power, Speed, Oscillation, and Timer.

4.2 Remote Control

The remote control allows convenient operation from a distance of up to 20 feet. Ensure the CR2032 battery is correctly installed and the battery cover is fully tightened for proper function.

The remote control is magnetic for convenient storage, for example, on a refrigerator or the fan itself.

4.3 Adjustable Tilt

The fan head can be manually adjusted up to 120° vertically to direct airflow precisely where needed. Gently tilt the fan head to the desired angle.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your fan.

5.1 Cleaning the Fan

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the fan from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Remove Grille: The front grille and fan blades are detachable for easy cleaning. Carefully remove the front grille by twisting or unlatching it according to the design.
  3. Clean Blades: Gently remove the fan blades. Wash the blades and grille with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.
  4. Wipe Exterior: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  5. Reassemble: Once all parts are dry, carefully reassemble the fan blades and front grille. Ensure all components are securely in place before plugging the fan back in.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Airbition A1 fan, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:

  • Unplug the fan and check if the grille or blades are securely attached.
  • Clean the fan blades and grille as per maintenance instructions.
Oscillation not working.
  • Oscillation feature deactivated.
  • Mechanical obstruction.
  • Press the oscillation button on the control panel or remote.
  • Ensure nothing is blocking the fan's movement.
