- Brewing Process: The water kettle will heat the water to the selected temperature. Once boiling, a portion of the hot water will be transferred to the upper teapot to steep the tea. The LED brew ring will indicate the heating status.
- Keep Warm Function: After brewing, the tea maker automatically enters a keep-warm mode. You can adjust the hold time to 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, or turn it off completely.
- Serving: To serve, pour the concentrated tea from the upper teapot into a glass, then dilute with hot water from the lower kettle's spout to your preferred strength.

- Clean Water Kettle Interior: For the interior of the lower water kettle, use a soft brush or sponge with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. For mineral deposits (limescale), use a descaling solution or a mixture of water and vinegar. Follow the descaling product instructions or boil a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar, let it sit for an hour, then rinse thoroughly.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the water kettle and power base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never immerse the power base in water.
- Drip Tray: Remove and empty the drip tray regularly. Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry.
