Setup

1. Air Supply Connection: Connect the provided connection fitting to the air inlet of the impact wrench. Use the Teflon sealing strip on the threads to ensure an airtight seal.
2. Hose Requirement: For optimal performance, connect the tool to an air compressor using an air hose with a minimum inner diameter of 9mm.
3. Lubrication: Before first use, and regularly thereafter, add a few drops of pneumatic tool oil (not included, use the provided oil burette) into the air inlet. This lubricates the internal components.
4. Socket Attachment: Select the appropriate socket (17mm, 19mm, or 21mm) and firmly attach it to the 1/2" square drive.

Direction and Torque Control:

The tool features an ergonomic left/right rotation switch and multiple torque settings.

• Left Rotation (Loosening): The tool has 1 level for left rotation, providing full power for loosening stubborn fasteners.
• Right Rotation (Tightening): The tool offers 3 levels for right-hand rotation, allowing for controlled tightening. Select the appropriate level based on the required torque for the fastener.

General Operation:

1. Ensure the air compressor is set to the correct pressure (max. 8 bar).
2. Select the desired rotation direction and torque setting.
3. Place the socket firmly onto the fastener.
4. Press the trigger to operate the tool. Release the trigger to stop.
5. For tightening, always finish with a torque wrench to ensure fasteners are tightened to manufacturer specifications.
