Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For ear tips, remove them from the earbuds and gently wipe with a damp cloth, then allow them to dry completely before reattaching. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case. The included silicone sleeve provides additional protection. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HyperX Cloud Mix Buds, try the following steps:
- No Sound/Intermittent Audio: Ensure earbuds are charged and properly connected (either via 2.4GHz adapter or Bluetooth). Check device volume and ensure the correct audio output is selected on your device.
- Pairing Issues: Reset the earbuds and attempt pairing again. For Bluetooth, ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode and your device's Bluetooth is enabled. For 2.4GHz, ensure the adapter is securely plugged in.
- Charging Problems: Verify the charging cable and power source are working. Ensure the earbuds are correctly seated in the charging case. Clean charging contacts if necessary.
- Poor Fit/Comfort: Try different sizes of silicone ear tips to achieve a better seal and more comfortable fit.
