3. Setup and Assembly

Initial Use Preparation

  1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
  2. Wash the removable glass door, drip pan, multi-purpose basket, rotisserie spit, carving platform, and food ties with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
  4. For first use, it is normal to experience a slight odor or smoke as manufacturing oils burn off. Operate the empty oven for approximately 3 minutes on a high setting in a well-ventilated area to eliminate this.

Assembling the Rotisserie Spit

  1. Insert the rotisserie spit through the center of your poultry or roast.
  2. Secure the meat using the food ties provided, ensuring it is balanced on the spit.
  3. Place the drip pan at the bottom of the oven.
  4. Carefully insert one end of the loaded rotisserie spit into the drive socket on the side of the oven.
  5. Lower the other end of the spit onto the support bracket on the opposite side. Ensure the meat clears the heating elements and drip pan.

  2. Turn the timer dial to your desired cooking time (up to 3 hours). The oven features an automatic shut-off.
