2. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury or death.
- Carbon Monoxide Hazard: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate the generator ONLY outdoors in a well-ventilated area, far away from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors, in a garage, or in any enclosed space.
- Fire Hazard: Fuel is highly flammable. Always refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not overfill the fuel tank. Keep fuel away from sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources.
- Electrical Shock Hazard: Do not operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all electrical connections are dry and secure. Do not touch the generator or connected devices with wet hands.
- Hot Surfaces: The generator's engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for a period after shutdown. Avoid touching hot surfaces to prevent burns.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the generator at all times.
- Read the Manual: Always read and understand the entire instruction manual before operating the generator.
3. Components Overview
Familiarize yourself with the key components of your generator:
- Fuel Tank Cap: Located on top, for petrol filling.
- Control Panel: Houses outlets, indicators, and controls.
- Pull Start Handle: For manual engine starting.
- Exhaust Outlet: Hot gases exit here. Ensure it is clear of obstructions.

4. Initial Setup
Before first use, proper setup is crucial:
- Add Engine Oil:
- Place the generator on a level surface.
- Locate and remove the oil fill/drain plug.
- Using the provided oil funnel, carefully add approximately 450ml of 10W-30 engine oil. Do not overfill. The oil level should reach the lower edge of the oil fill opening.
- Securely replace the oil fill/drain plug.
- Add Fuel:
- Ensure the generator is off and cool.
- Unscrew the fuel tank cap.
- Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded petrol. Do not fill above the red indicator in the tank.
- Securely replace the fuel tank cap. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.

5. Operation
5.1 Starting the Generator
- Ensure the generator is on a level surface and all electrical loads are disconnected.
- Turn the 3-in-1 knob to the "CHOKE" position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle slowly until resistance is felt, then pull briskly to start the engine.
- Once the engine starts, gradually turn the 3-in-1 knob to the "RUN" position.
- Wait for the "Output Ready" LED to illuminate, indicating stable power output.
5.2 ECO Mode
The ECO mode switch allows the generator to automatically adjust engine speed to match the load, improving fuel efficiency and reducing noise. For sensitive electronics or light loads, ECO mode is recommended.
- To activate ECO mode: Flip the ECO switch to the "ON" position.
- To deactivate ECO mode: Flip the ECO switch to the "OFF" position for full power output.

5.3 Connecting Appliances
Once the generator is running and the "Output Ready" LED is on, you can connect your appliances to the appropriate outlets (230V AC, 12V DC, or USB). Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed the generator's running wattage (3000W).
5.4 Overload Protection
If the generator is overloaded, the "Overload" LED will turn red, and power output will stop. To reset, unplug all appliances, reduce the load, and press the "AC Reset" button on the control panel.
5.5 Stopping the Generator
- Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
- Turn the 3-in-1 knob to the "OFF" position.
- Allow the engine to cool down before storing.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your generator.
- Engine Oil Change: The first oil change should be performed after 20 hours of operation. Subsequent oil changes should be done every 50-100 hours or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
- Spark Plug Inspection: Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours or annually. Clean or replace if necessary.
- Air Filter Cleaning: Clean the air filter element every 50 hours or more frequently in dusty conditions.
- Fuel System: For long-term storage, drain the fuel tank and carburetor to prevent fuel degradation issues.
7. Troubleshooting
