1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.

4. Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the double burner on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Power Connection: Plug the appliance into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
4. Initial Burn-in (Important): Before first use, it is recommended to turn the appliance on to its highest setting (level 11) for 3-5 minutes in a well-ventilated area. This procedure helps to condition the protective coating on the heating elements and allows any manufacturing residues to evaporate. It is normal for some smoke or odor to be present during this initial process; there is no need for concern.
