5. Setup

5.1 Placement

Place the CD 60 on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive vibration. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation.

5.2 Connecting to an Amplifier

Connect the CD 60 to your amplifier using appropriate audio cables. For analog connection, use RCA cables from the 'AUDIO OUT' terminals on the CD 60 to the corresponding input on your amplifier. For digital connection, use either a coaxial or optical cable from the 'DIGITAL AUDIO OUT' terminals to your amplifier's digital input.

5.3 Power Connection

After all audio connections are made, connect the supplied power cord to the AC IN terminal on the rear panel of the CD 60 and then to a suitable wall outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic CD Playback

  1. Press the POWER button to turn on the unit.
  2. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc tray.
  3. Place a CD gently into the disc tray with the label side facing up.
  4. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button again to close the tray.
  5. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to begin playback.
  6. Use the SKIP buttons (◀◀ / ▶▶) to navigate between tracks.
  7. Press the STOP button to stop playback.

6.2 Using the Front USB Port

The front USB port allows playback of audio files from a USB storage device. Insert your USB device into the front USB port. Use the INPUT button to select the USB input. The display will show available files, which can be navigated using the remote control or front panel buttons.

6.3 Headphone Output

Connect headphones to the PHONES jack on the front panel. Adjust the headphone volume using the PHONES LEVEL knob. Note that connecting headphones may mute the main audio outputs, depending on your amplifier's configuration.

6.4 Sound Filters
