2. Safety Information

4. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components of your MiLESEEY BNV20:
- Objective Lens: Captures light from the scene.
- Infrared (IR) Illuminators: Provide invisible light for night vision.
- Focus Wheel: Adjusts the clarity of the image.
- Control Buttons: Power, Menu, IR Level, Zoom, Photo/Video.

5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation and Charging
- Locate the battery compartment on the device.
- Insert the provided 18650 rechargeable battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the battery compartment securely.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the device's USB-C port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer.
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status. Charge the device fully before first use.
5.2 Memory Card Installation
- Locate the Micro SD card slot, usually protected by a rubber cover.
- Insert the provided 32GB TF (Micro SD) card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
- To remove, gently push the card until it springs out.
5.3 Tripod Mounting
The MiLESEEY BNV20 features a standard 1/4-inch screw thread at the bottom, allowing it to be mounted on a tripod for stable observation and recording.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the Power button until the screen illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the screen turns off.
6.2 Focusing
Rotate the focus wheel located on the top of the device to achieve a clear image. Adjust until the subject appears sharp on the LCD screen.

6.3 Day Vision Mode
In daylight conditions, the device operates in full-color mode, providing clear and vibrant images. The IR illuminators are not active in this mode.
6.4 Night Vision Mode and IR Levels
For low-light or complete darkness, activate night vision mode. The device utilizes infrared light to illuminate the scene, displaying images in black and white for optimal clarity.
- Press the IR button to cycle through the three adjustable IR levels (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3).
- Level 1 provides near-beam infrared light for closer objects.
- Level 2 and Level 3 provide far-beam infrared light for increased viewing distance in complete darkness.


6.5 Photo/Video Recording
- Press the Photo/Video button once to switch between photo and video modes.
- In photo mode, press the button again to capture a still image.
- In video mode, press the button to start recording, and press again to stop recording.
- All captured media will be saved to the inserted 32GB TF card.
6.6 Zoom Function
The device features both optical and digital zoom capabilities:
- 5X Optical Zoom: Provides a fixed magnification without loss of image quality.
- 8X Digital Zoom: Allows for further magnification beyond the optical zoom, though it may result in some pixelation at higher levels. Use the dedicated zoom buttons to adjust digital magnification.
6.7 Menu Navigation and Settings
Press the Menu button to access device settings. Use the navigation buttons to scroll through options and the OK/Enter button to select. Settings may include:
- Resolution (Photo/Video)
- Date/Time Stamp
- Language
- Display Brightness
- Format SD Card
- Factory Reset
6.8 Data Transfer
To transfer photos and videos to a computer:
- Connect the device to your computer using the provided USB-C cable.
- The device should appear as a removable disk drive on your computer.
- Open the drive to access the stored photos and videos.
- Alternatively, remove the TF card from the device and insert it into a card reader connected to your computer.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning Lenses: Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lenses. Do not use abrasive materials or chemical cleaners.
- Cleaning Body: Wipe the body of the device with a soft, damp cloth.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove the battery and store the device in its carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
8. Troubleshooting
