Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

  • No Power:
Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the computer and a working power outlet. Check the power supply diagnostic light on the rear of the unit.
  • No Display on Monitor:
Verify that the monitor is powered on and correctly connected to the computer's video output ports (DisplayPort, HDMI, VGA). Try connecting to a different port or using a different cable if available.
  • Wireless Connectivity Issues:
If using an external Wi-Fi adapter, ensure it is securely plugged into a functional USB port. Try moving it to a different USB port. Check Windows network settings to ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to the correct network.
  • Operating System Problems (e.g., Windows not booting):
Windows 11 Pro includes recovery options. You may need to access the advanced startup options (often by repeatedly pressing F8 or F12 during boot, or by creating a Windows installation media) to perform a system restore, reset, or repair.
  • Keyboard or Mouse Not Responding:
Ensure the USB receiver for the wireless devices is properly inserted. Check battery levels in the keyboard and mouse. Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port.
