Preparation for Use:

Cleanse your skin thoroughly before use.
Apply a generous amount of the included Water Clear Gel or another recommended water-based gel to the area you intend to treat. Ensure the skin is sufficiently moist for optimal conductivity and comfort.

Operating Steps:

Press the power button to turn on the device.
Select your desired EMS intensity level (1-6) and warmth level (1-2) using the control buttons. Start with a lower intensity and gradually increase as comfortable.
Place the Kassa head firmly against your skin, ensuring both EMS electrodes are in contact.
