Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the power station. The unit can be charged using one of six methods:

  • AC Wall Outlet: Connect the provided 72W AC Adapter to the power station's input port and then to a standard wall outlet.
  • DC Car Outlet: Use the provided DC Car Adapter to charge the unit from your vehicle's 12V DC outlet.
  • Solar Panel (Not Included): Connect a compatible solar panel (sold separately) to the power station's solar input port. Ensure the solar panel's voltage and current are within the specified limits.
  • USB Power Delivery (PD): Utilize a USB-C PD charger (not included) for charging.
  • PD + AC: Combine USB Power Delivery and AC charging for faster charging times.
  • Generator: Charge the unit from a compatible generator.

The display will indicate the charging status and battery level. A full charge from 0% can take as little as 1.7 hours when using PD + AC charging.

2. Connecting Accessories

Ensure all cables and adapters are securely connected to their respective ports on the power station and the devices you intend to power.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

To turn on the power station, press and hold the main power button until the display illuminates. To turn off, press and hold the main power button again until the display turns off.

2. Using AC Outlets

The Elite 300 Series features two 120V/300W pure sine wave AC outlets. To activate the AC outlets, press the AC button. The AC icon on the display will light up. Plug your devices into the AC outlets. To turn off the AC outlets, press the AC button again.

3. Using DC and USB Ports

The power station includes various DC and USB ports:

  • DC Output (12V/10A): Press the DC button to activate. Ideal for devices requiring 12V DC power.
  • USB-A Ports (5V/2.4A, QC3.0): Automatically activate when a device is connected. Suitable for charging smartphones, tablets, and other USB-powered devices.
  • USB-C PD Port (60W input/output): Automatically activates when a device is connected. Supports fast charging for compatible laptops and other USB-C devices.

Press the respective button (DC) to turn off the DC output. USB ports typically turn off automatically when no device is connected or when the main unit is powered off.

4. Using the LED Light

To turn on the built-in LED light, press the LED button. Press it again to cycle through different brightness modes or to turn it off.

Maintenance

1. Storage

Store the power station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, it is recommended to discharge the battery to about 50% and recharge it every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.

2. Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the power station. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

3. Battery Care

The lithium-ion battery is designed for many charge cycles. To maximize its lifespan, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Recharge the unit when the battery level is low.

Troubleshooting

  • Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect it to a power source.
  • No output from ports: Check if the specific output (AC, DC) is activated by pressing its respective button. Ensure the device connected is within the power station's wattage limits.
  • Display not working: Try restarting the unit. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Overload protection: If the unit shuts down unexpectedly, it might be due to an overload. Disconnect the device, restart the power station, and try connecting a lower-power device.
