The safe is designed to protect your valuables with a robust steel construction, featuring both a digital keypad and emergency key access. It is suitable for securing items in homes, offices, and hotels.

Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Open the safe door using the emergency key. The keyhole is typically hidden behind a small cover on the keypad panel.
- Locate the battery compartment on the inside of the safe door.
- Insert 4 AA batteries (included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
2. Initial Code Setting (First Use)
Upon first use, the safe typically has a default factory code. It is crucial to change this immediately for security. The default code is often 159.

Operating Instructions
1. Opening the Safe with Digital Code
- Enter your 3 to 8 digit personal code on the keypad.
- Press the "E" button to confirm.
- If the code is correct, a green light will illuminate for approximately 5 seconds.
- Within these 5 seconds, turn the knob clockwise to open the safe door.
2. Opening the Safe with Emergency Key
The emergency key provides access if you forget your code or if the batteries are depleted.
- Locate the keyhole cover on the keypad panel and remove it.
- Insert the emergency key into the keyhole.
- Turn the key counter-clockwise.
- Simultaneously turn the knob clockwise to open the safe door.
- Important: Do not store the emergency keys inside the safe. Keep them in a secure, separate location.

3. Changing Your Personal Code
- With the safe door open, locate the small red reset button on the inside of the door, near the hinge.
- Press the red reset button. You will hear a beep, and the yellow indicator light on the keypad will illuminate.
- Within 5 seconds, enter your new 3 to 8 digit code on the keypad.
- Press the "E" button to confirm the new code.
- The safe will beep again, and the yellow light will turn off, indicating the new code is set.
- Test the new code with the door open before closing it.
Installation (Wall or Floor Mounting)
The safe features pre-drilled holes for secure mounting to a wall or floor, preventing unauthorized removal. Two expansion bolts are included for this purpose.
- Choose a suitable location for your safe, considering security and accessibility.
- Position the safe and mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes on the back or bottom of the safe.
- Drill holes into the wall or floor using an appropriate drill bit (refer to the anchor bolt size).
- Align the safe with the drilled holes.
- Insert the expansion bolts through the safe's holes and into the wall/floor.
- Tighten the bolts securely to fix the safe in place.

Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries annually or when the low battery indicator appears (usually a red light or repeated beeps during operation). Always use 4 new AA batteries.
- Cleaning: Wipe the safe's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Key Storage: Ensure emergency keys are stored in a secure location away from the safe.
