Operating Instructions
Control Panel Functions

- SEAL: Seals the bag without vacuuming. Useful for creating bags from a roll or sealing delicate items.

Vacuum Sealing a Bag
- Prepare the Bag: Place the food item inside a vacuum sealer bag. Ensure at least 2-3 inches of empty space at the top of the bag for sealing. Wipe away any moisture or food residue from the inside of the bag near the opening.
- Open the Lid: Lift the lid of the vacuum sealer.
- Position the Bag: Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum channel, ensuring it lies flat across the sealing bar. Use the transparent vacuum monitor window to confirm correct placement.
- Close the Lid: Press down firmly on both sides of the lid until you hear a click, indicating it is securely latched.
- Select Mode: Choose "DRY" or "MOIST" based on your food type.
- Start Sealing: Press the "VAC-SEAL" button. The machine will automatically vacuum the air out of the bag and then seal it. For delicate items, use the "PULSE" function to control vacuum pressure manually, then press "SEAL" when ready.
- Release: Once the sealing process is complete (LED indicators will change), press the release buttons (if present, or wait for automatic release) to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.
