Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.

- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
- The carafe is designed for use with this appliance. It must never be used on a range top.
- Do not place a hot carafe on a wet or cold surface.
- Do not use a cracked carafe or a carafe having a loose or weakened handle.
- Do not clean carafe with cleansers, steel wool pads, or other abrasive material.

Setup
Before First Use
- Unpack the coffee maker and remove all packaging materials.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth.
- Wash the carafe, carafe lid, and reusable filter in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- For initial cleaning and to remove any manufacturing residues, brew 2-3 full carafes of water without coffee grounds. Discard the water after each cycle.
Operating Instructions
Setting the Clock
- Plug the coffee maker into a power outlet. The digital display will flash.
- Press the HOUR button to set the current hour.
- Press the MINUTE button to set the current minute.
- The clock is now set.
Brewing Coffee
- Open the top lid of the coffee maker.
- Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up to the desired level indicated by the water gauge. Do not exceed the "MAX" line.
- Place the reusable filter into the filter basket. Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter. A general guideline is one tablespoon of coffee grounds per cup.
- Close the top lid securely. Ensure the carafe is placed correctly on the warming plate.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start brewing. The indicator light will illuminate.
- To adjust coffee strength, press the STRENGTH button before brewing. This allows for a stronger brew.
- The 30-second anti-drip function allows you to temporarily remove the carafe during brewing without drips. Replace the carafe within 30 seconds to prevent overflow.
- Once brewing is complete, the coffee maker will automatically switch to the keep-warm function.
Delay Brew Function
The delay brew function allows you to set a specific time for the coffee maker to start brewing automatically.
- Prepare the coffee maker with water and coffee grounds as described in "Brewing Coffee".
- Press the PROGRAM button. The digital display will flash.
- Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to set the desired delayed brewing time.
- Press the DELAY BREW button to activate the function. The indicator light will illuminate.
- The coffee maker will start brewing automatically at the set time.
Auto Shut-Off
For safety and energy saving, the coffee maker will automatically shut off 120 minutes (2 hours) after the brewing cycle is complete or after the keep-warm function begins.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the coffee maker before cleaning and allow it to cool completely.
- Remove the carafe, carafe lid, and reusable filter. Wash them in warm, soapy water. These parts are not dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Do not immerse the coffee maker in water or any other liquid.
Descaling (Monthly or as needed)
Mineral deposits from water can build up in your coffee maker, affecting its performance. Descale regularly to maintain optimal function.
- Fill the water tank with a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:2 ratio).
- Place the empty carafe on the warming plate.
- Run a brewing cycle with the vinegar solution.
- After the cycle, let the coffee maker sit for 15-30 minutes with the solution inside.
- Discard the solution and rinse the carafe and filter.
- Run 2-3 cycles with fresh, clean water to flush out any remaining vinegar taste or smell.
Troubleshooting
