3. Setup

Initial Charging of the Power Bank:

Before first use, fully charge your YHO Mini Portable Charger. This ensures optimal performance and battery longevity.

1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C Input/Output Port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LCD display will show the charging progress, indicating the battery percentage. Charge until the display shows '100%'.

Note: You can also use a Lightning cable to charge the power bank via its Lightning Input Port.

4. Operating Instructions

Charging Your Device:

The YHO Mini Portable Charger is designed for direct plug-in charging, making it incredibly convenient.

1. Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged (check the LCD display).
2. Align the USB-C output connector of the power bank with the USB-C charging port of your smartphone or compatible device.
3. Gently plug the power bank directly into your device. The LCD display on the power bank will illuminate and show its remaining charge, while your device will indicate that it is charging.
4. To stop charging, simply unplug the power bank from your device.

Pass-Through Charging:

The power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge both the power bank and your device simultaneously.

1. Plug the power bank into your device's USB-C port.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the power bank's USB-C Input/Output Port and then to a power source.
3. Both the power bank and your device will begin charging.

Important Compatibility Notes:

• Phone Case Thickness: This portable charger is compatible with phone cases less than 4MM thick. If your phone case is thicker than 4MM, you may need to remove it for the USB-C port to properly connect to the charging slot.
• Incompatible Devices: This USB-C portable charger is NOT compatible with iPhone 14/13/12/11/XR/XS/XS MAX /8/7/6/5/SE series and earlier iPhone models.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your YHO Mini Portable Charger, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

• Water Exposure: Keep the power bank away from water, moisture, and high humidity. It is not waterproof.
• Regular Use: For best battery health, use and recharge the power bank regularly, even if not frequently needed.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your YHO Mini Portable Charger, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

Power Bank Not Charging:

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's input port and the power adapter/source.
• Try using a different USB-C or Lightning charging cable.
• Verify that the wall adapter or USB port you are using is functional.

Device Not Charging from Power Bank:

• Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged (check the LCD display).
• Make sure the power bank's USB-C output connector is fully and correctly inserted into your device's charging port.
• Check if your phone case thickness is less than 4MM. If not, remove the case and try again.
• Confirm your device is USB-C compatible and not an incompatible iPhone model (see Compatibility section).
• Press the power button on the side of the power bank to activate charging if it doesn't start automatically.

LCD Display Not Working:

• Press the power button to wake up the display.
• If the display remains off, the power bank might be completely depleted. Try charging the power bank.
