1. Introduction

This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the QIIZCP Dual-Mic AI Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headset, Model EM-SP1. 4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the headset's charging port and the other end to a USB power source. The headset can be fully charged in approximately 1.5 hours.

4.2 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Hold the Power On/Off button for 2 seconds.
• To Power Off: Hold the Power On/Off button for 2 seconds.

4.3 Pairing with a Device

1. Ensure the headset is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power On/Off button until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for "EM-SP1" in the list of available devices.
4. Select "EM-SP1" to connect. Once connected, the indicator light will change or stop flashing.

4.4 Connecting to Two Devices Simultaneously

The EM-SP1 headset supports connecting to two devices at the same time. Follow these steps:

1. Connect the headset with the first device as described in Section 4.3.
2. After connecting, turn off the headset.
3. Turn on the headset again, and it will enter pairing mode. Connect it with the second device.
4. Once the second device is connected, turn on the Bluetooth on the first device, and connect it with the headset again. The headset will now be connected to both devices.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Call Management

• Answer/Hang Up Call: Press the MFB (Multi-Function Button) once.
• Refuse/Cancel Call: Hold the MFB for 1 second.
• Mute Function: Press the "M" mute button on the microphone arm. You will hear a "beep" sound, indicating the microphone is muted. Press again to unmute.

5.2 Audio Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the MFB once.
• Next Track: Hold the "Next Track" button for 2 seconds.
• Previous Track: Hold the "Prev Track" button for 2 seconds.
• Volume Up: Press the "Volume Up" button once.
• Volume Down: Press the "Volume Down" button once.

5.3 Voice Assistant

In standby mode, press the MFB 3 times to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

5.4 Wearing the Headset

The headset is designed for comfortable wearing on either ear. The ear hook can be rotated 180° and the microphone arm can be rotated 270° to achieve the best fit and hearing position.

Note: If the size of the earbud tips does not match your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly, sound quality or call performance may be affected. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly. The headset is not suitable for very small ears.

6. Maintenance

• Clean the headset regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid exposing the headset to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive substances.
• Store the headset in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• The headset is IPX6 waterproof, meaning it is resistant to high-pressure, heavy sprays of water. However, it is not designed for submersion. Do not expose it to prolonged water contact.
