Setup

1. Placement

Place the mini fridge on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit, especially at the back where the fan is located. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

2. Power Connection

Your mini fridge comes with two power cords for versatile use:

• AC Power (110V): For household use, plug the AC power cord into a standard wall outlet.
• DC Power (12V): For use in vehicles, boats, or RVs, plug the DC power cord into a 12V cigarette lighter socket.

3. Initial Use

Before placing items inside, allow the unit to operate for at least 30 minutes to reach the desired temperature.

Operating Instructions

1. Temperature Control

The mini fridge features a dual-function thermoelectric system, allowing for both cooling and warming:

• Cooling: Set the switch on the back panel to "COLD". The unit will cool items to approximately 32°F (18°C) below the ambient temperature.
• Warming: Set the switch on the back panel to "HOT". The unit will warm items up to 135°F (57°C).
• Off: Set the switch to "OFF" to turn off the unit.

2. Loading Items

The 4-liter capacity can hold up to 6 standard 355ml (12 fl. oz.) beverage cans. The internal shelf is removable to accommodate taller items like water bottles or small food containers.

3. Door Latch

The door features a secure latch mechanism to ensure it remains closed and maintains internal temperature. To open, gently pull the latch handle.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
• Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
• Do not immerse the unit in water.
• Ensure the fan vents on the back are clear of dust and debris for optimal performance.

2. Defrosting

This unit features manual defrost. If ice buildup occurs, unplug the unit and allow the ice to melt naturally. Wipe away any excess water before restarting.

Troubleshooting

• Unit not operating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and the power source. Check that the power switch is set to "COLD" or "HOT" and not "OFF".
• Insufficient cooling/warming: Verify that the fan vents are not blocked. Ensure the door is securely latched. Allow sufficient time for the unit to reach the desired temperature, especially if starting with room temperature items.
• Unusual noise: A slight humming sound from the fan is normal. If the noise is excessive or unusual, ensure the unit is on a stable surface and the fan vents are clear.
