1. Unpack the Mattress Pad: Carefully remove the heated mattress pad from its packaging. Lay it flat on your mattress.
2. Secure to Mattress: The mattress pad features a deep pocket with a 360° elastic band. Fit the pad over your mattress, ensuring it is smooth and wrinkle-free. It is designed to fit mattresses up to 15 inches thick for a secure and snug fit.

3. Connect Controllers: Locate the coupler connectors on the mattress pad. For the Queen size, there are two connectors for dual control. Thread the control cord connector through the skirt opening, align the arrows on both the connector and coupler, and push firmly until the connector snaps into place. Ensure a secure connection.

4. Position Controllers: Place the controllers in an easily accessible location, such as on a nightstand. The extra-long 22-foot power cord provides greater placement flexibility.
5. Plug into Power Outlet: Once the mattress pad is properly installed and controllers are connected, plug the power cord(s) into a standard electrical outlet.

The dual controllers offer personalized warmth with 10 heat settings, a 1-12 hour auto-off timer, and a memory function.

• Power On/Off: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the mattress pad on or off. The digital display will illuminate when on.
• Adjust Heat Settings: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to select your desired heat level from 1 to 10. Level 1 is the lowest heat, and Level 10 is the highest.
• Set Timer: Press the 'TIME' button to activate the auto-off timer. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the timer from 1 to 12 hours. The mattress pad will automatically turn off after the selected duration.
• Memory Function: The mattress pad is equipped with a memory function that remembers your last used heat and timer settings, providing personalized comfort upon next use.
• Dual Control: For Queen and King sizes, two separate controllers allow each side of the bed to be heated independently, accommodating different warmth preferences.
