4. Setup and First Use
4.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials from inside and outside the air fryer.
- Ensure all components are present: main unit, cooking basket, removable divider, and cooking tray.
- Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
4.2 Initial Cleaning
- Wash the cooking basket, removable divider, and cooking tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
4.3 Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 5 inches (13 cm) of space around the appliance for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the appliance directly under cabinets or near flammable materials.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Operation
- Insert the cooking tray into the cooking basket. If using two zones, insert the removable divider into the basket, then place the two cooking trays into each zone.
- Place food into the cooking basket(s). Do not overfill.
- Slide the cooking basket firmly into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Select your desired cooking program (e.g., Air Fry, Roast, Bake) by pressing the corresponding button on the control panel.
- Adjust the cooking temperature using the "Temp" dial and cooking time using the "Time" dial.
- Press the "Start" button to begin cooking.
- The display will show the remaining cooking time. Some programs may prompt you to "Turn Food" halfway through.
- Once cooking is complete, the appliance will beep. Carefully pull out the cooking basket using the handle.
- Remove food using heat-resistant tongs.
5.2 Using SyncCook and SyncFinish
These functions are available when the removable divider is inserted, creating two separate cooking zones.
5.2.1 SyncCook
- Prepare both cooking zones with the same type of food and desired settings.
- Select your cooking program.
- Adjust temperature and time for Zone 1.
- Press the "SyncCook" button. The settings from Zone 1 will automatically apply to Zone 2.
- Press "Start" to begin cooking both zones simultaneously with identical settings.
5.2.2 SyncFinish
- Place different foods in each cooking zone.
- Select the cooking program for Zone 1 and set its temperature and time.
- Select the cooking program for Zone 2 and set its temperature and time.
- Press the "SyncFinish" button. The appliance will calculate the start times for each zone to ensure they finish cooking at the same moment.
- Press "Start" to begin. The appliance will automatically pause and resume zones as needed to achieve simultaneous completion.
6. Care and Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Clean the air fryer after every use.
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The cooking basket, removable divider, and cooking tray are non-stick and dishwasher safe. For best results, wash them with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials.
- To clean the heating element, gently wipe with a damp cloth after the unit has cooled. Do not use excessive water.
6.2 Storage
- Ensure the appliance is clean and dry before storing.
- Store the air fryer in a cool, dry place.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the appliance during storage.
