Setup

1. Unpack the Headset: Carefully remove the EPOS C10 headset and its accessories from the packaging. The package includes the C10 headset, a carry pouch, pre-mounted leatherette earpads, a cable, a safety guide, and a quick guide.

2. Connect to Device: Plug the USB-C connector of the headset cable into an available USB-C port on your computer or mobile device. The headset is designed for plug-and-play functionality and should be recognized automatically.
3. Adjust Fit: Place the headset on your head and adjust the headband for a comfortable fit. The on-ear earpads are designed for extended wear.
4. Position Microphone: Adjust the flexible boom arm so the microphone is positioned near your mouth for optimal voice pickup.

Operating Instructions

• Volume Control: Use the inline controls on the cable to adjust the listening volume.
• Mute/Unmute Microphone: The microphone can be muted by flipping the boom arm upwards. Flipping it down will unmute it. There may also be a dedicated mute button on the inline control.
• Microsoft Teams Integration: For Microsoft Teams certified models, a dedicated Teams button allows for quick access to calls and meetings.
