Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your CrossBeats Slide Earphones. The charging case contains a Lithium Ion battery and acts as a portable power source for the earbuds.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- The LED indicators on the case will show charging status.
- A full charge provides up to 100 hours of listening time (with case).
- The SnapCharge™ feature allows for quick charging, providing significant playtime from just 10 minutes of charge.
2. Pairing with a Device
The CrossBeats Slide Earphones utilize Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and efficient wireless connectivity.
- Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case has sufficient charge.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing LED lights.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices and select "CrossBeats Slide" from the list.
- Once connected, the earbud LEDs will stop flashing, indicating successful pairing.
- The earbuds feature instant auto-pairing, meaning they will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.
The CrossBeats Slide is compatible with a wide range of devices including Laptops, Mobile Phones, Tablets, PCs, Smart TVs, and all Bluetooth-enabled devices running iOS or Android.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. Ensure charging contacts are free of debris.
- Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX5 rated, meaning they are resistant to splashes and sweat. They are not designed for submersion in water. Dry them thoroughly if they get wet before placing them back in the charging case.

Troubleshooting

- Earbuds not pairing:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close it, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.

- No sound from one earbud:
